McDonald’s is a worldwide constant. Honestly, if they knew the moon men would pay a form of currency McD’s would build one on the moon. The McDonald’s menu from different countries are always unexpected to say the least, let’s start with breakfast. The big breakfast- looks awesome and tastes great. it gives you a pancake stack, a sausage patty, toasted muffin buns a hash brown and scrambled eggs. We saw it on the menu after a night where we had a few drinks, we ordered our food sat down and assessed how to tackle breakfast. Butter on the pancake stack Jam upon my muffin Syrup follows butters track My face I will be stuffing Now I don’t know why other countries don’t have this breakfast, but it was great. So since we have all been missing Japan since our trip in October, we decided we’d spend the evening making one of our favourite dishes from our visit to Japan – Chicken Katsu Curry! It turns out it’s fairly simple to make and there are plenty of recipies you can find online, but [this] is the one we went with: [insert recipies] So after preparing our ingredients and getting the rice on to cook we followed along the simple 4 steps to make our dinner. One thing we found out was that it did involve a fair bit of cleaning up afterwards as you need a few pans on the go for a group of people! But it was all worth it in the end when we served up our delicious home made Chicken Katsu Curry!
